Once approved, return the item according to the instructions provided.
⚠️ Please do not send returns to the address shown on the original package. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and could delay processing.
Returns are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
VeloNuts will cover return shipping costs in the following situations:
• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The product has a verified quality issue.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the following situations:
• Ordering the wrong size.
• Ordering the wrong item.
• Change of mind.
• Personal preference.
📦 Prepaid Return Label Option
For customer-responsible returns, VeloNuts can provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request.
If you choose to use a prepaid return label provided by VeloNuts, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount after the returned item has been received and processed.
Customers may also choose to purchase their own return shipping label through a carrier of their choice.
✅ If the return is due to our error, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a customer-related reason, you may either arrange your own return shipping or request a prepaid return label from VeloNuts, with the shipping cost deducted from your refund.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with original tags and packaging attached.
• Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
• Returned with any hygiene seals or protective stickers intact, if applicable.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Free gifts included with an order are not eligible for return or exchange.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Final sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Intimate apparel, including underwear and padded liners.
• Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
💸 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund to your account.
If a prepaid return label provided by VeloNuts was used for a customer-responsible return, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at service@velonuts.com.
🔁 Exchanges
To ensure the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at service@velonuts.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Our team will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
