What can I use to start a design?
You can begin with a photo, sketch, artwork, logo, color palette, reference image, or simply a written idea. A finished design is not required.
Can I customize an existing VeloNuts design?
For eligible designs, you can ask about color changes, names, numbers, club logos, and other personal details. Use the Design Your Kit form and tell us which VeloNuts design you want to start from.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. Custom projects should be reviewed and approved before production begins so the key design direction is confirmed first.
Do you make team kits?
Yes. VeloNuts can support clubs, events, group rides, companies, and teams with coordinated custom apparel. Use the Team Custom form to share your team size, products, colors, logos, and target date.
How long does a custom order take?
Timing depends on the design brief, revision rounds, approval, production, and shipping. We’ll confirm the expected timeline before production begins rather than promise one standard lead time for every project.
How does sizing work?
Use the VeloNuts size guide and sizing tools before finalizing your order. If you prefer a less compressive fit, consider the next size up where appropriate.
Can custom products be returned?
Because personalized products are made specifically for the customer, return eligibility can differ from standard products. Manufacturing defects, print errors, or production issues should be reported to VeloNuts for review and resolution.
What happens after I submit a custom brief?
Your submission gives the VeloNuts team the information needed to review the project, clarify missing details, and confirm the next step before any custom production begins.
